By the Brook (Brook) by Agentized:
Name: By the Brook [Brook]
Breed: Mustang (some sort of Appaloosa x Mustang mix)
Appearances: https://imgur.com/a/Zxs6o (it’s an album of three pictures showing left, right, and frontal view)
Gender: Mare
Personality: To be rped.
Age: 9 years old
Height(Must be in (hands high)): 15.3 hh
History: Born in a wild mustang herd, she and the rest of her family were rounded up by the BLM when she was about three years old. She was among the handful of horses that they decided to keep to auction or sell. She was purchased by a family who owned a small farm, and had bought her as a riding and working horse for their young child. The father trained her to be dead broke and bomb proof. When she was suitably quiet and calm under the saddle at nearly all times, the parents then allowed the kid to ride her, and the kid rode her nearly everyday for years. Soon they began working the small herd of cattle on the land, even cutting some of them from the herd at times or roping them just for fun. The kid would set up barrels to race around, or poles to weave in and out of. She would practice sliding stops and spins because they were fun. She would even set up small jumps to hop Brook over. They participated in a few small rodeos where they placed pretty well. Unfortunately, the farm wasn’t paying the bills, so they were forced to sell all their animals, including Brook, and their land and move elsewhere.
Wild or Tame: Tame
Owner(if tame): Idk, someone?
Other: Her freeze brand actually reads that she was born in ‘77… just ignore that, lol.

She would make a good lesson horse or working horse. Or both. Only trained in Western though, so English-style disciplines might be tougher for her. She’ll give it her best though, she’s a fast learner. She’ll work in a bit but would prefer bitless, as her girl mostly rode her in a bosal or rope halter.

Name:
Chilled Chaos [Chilled]
Breed:
Thoroughbred
Appearances:
http://www.oakwoodfarmtb.com/TheWhiteFox.jpg
Gender:
Stallion
Personality:
Sweet, but a little skittish. He gets upset easily, but hardly ever truly scared. If a loud noise goes off right beside him, surely he'll jump and move a little bit, but he won't bolt and run away. He's a smart boy, and he loves to please.
Age:
5 years old (6+ years now)
Height(Must be in (hands high)):
16.3 hands high
History:
Born on Mark's farm, raised by him and his hands, and raced beside Emile when he won his triple crown. Now retired in his racing career, he stands at stud, and Mark rides him every now and then.
Wild or Tame:
Tame.
Owner(if tame):
Mark
Other:
Due to the incident Mark has pulled him from the track, and he now stands at stud. Mark brought him to Blue River Farm, with Sam's permission of course, so he could be his light riding horse on occasion.
He's really more of a side character, and not all that important, but I made a form for him because... Well, I don't really know why tbh. It just happened.

David Montoya by Agentized:
Name:
David Nathaniel Montoya
Personality:
Like his dad, he loves horses, and has been around them his entire life. He's always enjoyed being around them and helping out with them, and he loves playing with his dad's yearlings. What he really wants, however, is to have a horse of his own, and maybe to one day own a horse business like his dad does. Maybe not exactly race horses, but perhaps steeplechasers, or barrel racers, or maybe just a breeding facility.
Appearances:

Gender:
Male
Age(Must be 15 and older):
15 years old (18 now)
Height(Must be in feet and inches Ex. 6'2")):
6'0"
History:
His father is Mark and his mother passed away from cancer recently. He's been around horses his entire life thanks to his dad. He was always allowed to help take care of the horses and play with the yearlings, but never really had a horse of his own. He really wants one, even if it isn't a racer, but just a pleasure horse he can take on rides or do some jumping with.
Other:
We can sort out ownership of all the horses in a bit.
Job on Ranch/Stable:
He helps take care of the horses. A groom, maybe.
Horse/s(only if they own a horse/s):
N/A for right now.

Dead Man Walking (Death/Walker) by Agentized:
Name:
Dead Man Walking [Death/Walker]
Breed:
Thoroughbred
Appearances:

Gender:
Colt
Personality:
A walking menace, to put it lightly. He's fresh beyond measure, acting up around humans and other horses alike; he even goes so far to be daring and try pushing his father's buttons. No matter how much Emile snaps at and reprimands him for his behavior, he seems not to learn his lesson and usually can be found doing the same thing fifteen minutes later. Although it can be funny at times because he is still young, Sam also finds it to be slightly worrying. He will nip and kick at people playful, pushy manner, and he is getting to the age where he could really hurt someone, and they won't be able to push back at him anymore-- he is simply far too big. Breaking him of his bad habits is proving to be difficult; he won't take no for an answer, even if he finds himself losing the push battle. If he finds himself losing, he gets particularly aggressive, and if that doesn't work still, then he throws what could almost be described as a tantrum. He refuses to be told what to do.

Sam has considered gelding him in the hope that maybe that would tone him down some and at least make him a bit more manageable, but she also wrestles with the fact that it may not work at all, and he would make a beautiful stud. In either case, she would love to race him as she did with his father, as she believes he's got the speed, endurance, and build for racing.
Age:
1 year old (2 years old now)
Height(Must be in (hands high)):
18.1 hands high
History:
Not much to write here. Emile bred his mom, he was foaled about a year later, and because of his personality, the owners of the mare contacted Sam. Through an agreement, once he was weaned from his mother, he was given to Sam in an exchange for a free breeding to Emile the following year. He was pastured with Emile in the hope that the stallion could keep the colt in check and perhaps calm him down some... The attempt has been unsuccessful thus far.
Wild or Tame:
Tame? I mean, he has an owner, but he takes after his father... But times that by ten.
Owner(if tame):
Sam? Unless you want one of your charries to own him. Or one of our new charries.
Other:
The crazy thing about his height is that there's an actual thoroughbred that was that tall irl... It's not just me making up bs. XD

Emile Triek Kaedrith (Emile) by Agentized:
Name:
Emile Triek Kaedrith (Emile)
Breed:
Thoroughbred.
Appearances:

(the black one)
http://ravenwoodhf.weebly.com/uploads/3/2/7/3/3273814/1009128_orig.jpg
He always walks with his head high, and like he’s a king. He knows the sort of presence he carries, and he makes sure everyone else does, too.
Gender:
Stallion.
Personality:
Emile is quite the strange animal. For a stallion that has the essence and presence of a lead stallion, he prefers to be alone. He could very well be a great leader to a herd, having the strength, size, courage, and speed, as well as the command to do so, but he doesn’t want to. He likes to stick to himself, and that’s that. Humans and horses both alike are not welcome. And while most horses he flattens his ears, bears his teeth, and gives a warning for them to go away before he attacks them, humans get no such warning. He immediately strikes at them, and if they don’t move, they’re as good as dead. In short, he’s a quite scary beastie to both horses and humans whom likes to be kept to himself. Stay away.
Age:
Two years old. (He's about 6+ years now)
Height(Must be in (hands high)):
17.3 hh.
History:
There’s not much to his history. He was bred and raised by a racing barn, but he was too much to handle for them to even start his race training and so they sold him.

Now, he's a triple crown winner, a champion racehorse.
Wild or Tame:
“Tame”...
Owner(if tame):
Whoever wants to deal with this beast.
Same technically owns him, by Darby is the one who handles him best.
Other:
He weighs 1,312 lbs, most of it muscle. He’s got lots of speed. Emile could bring in lots of money as a racer, maybe even as a Triple Crown winner, the only problem is breaking him of his aggression. How are you supposed to train a horse you can’t even touch? Whoever’s dealing with him has to teach him that he can be the boss; Just not to humans. If they can do that, they may break the 35 year streak of no Triple Crown winners. Not only earning them lots of money from the races, but also from having him at stud, too. He would also make a good Cross Country or Show Jumping horse as well, however. His combined speed along with his muscle and bravery would have him tackling those jumps with utter ease. Though, I wouldn’t suggest just keeping him for pleasure or as a companion. He always likes to be doing something, and it’s the best way to keep him from getting aggressive because it keeps his mind occupied and off trying to test you as a leader, or kill you. Oh, and a couple other things. He has a taste for chewy caramel candies, they could be useful for bribing him. Though no guarantees. He also has a liking for iced coffee of any kind. Give him some, and that'll calm him right down. At least, for a little while.

Wonderful Racer (Wonder)

Lady of the Moon (Luna) by Agentized:
Name: Lady of the Moon [Luna]
Breed: Thoroughbred
Appearances: Completely black mare with blue eyes and a white crescent moon marking on her forehead.
Gender: Mare
Personality: She’s energetic, incredibly sweet, loving, and nurturing. There’s not really a mean bone in her body, unless she’s protecting someone from danger. She’s intelligent, but also very curious and easily distracted though. Hence the need for her racing hood/blinkers during races. Otherwise, she would get distracted by the crowd, the hustle and bustle, and the other horses in the race.
Age: 2-3 years old
Height: 16.2 hh
History: She was bred and born at a smaller, relatively unknown, but successful thoroughbred stud farm. She stayed there for the first year of her life. Shortly after being weaned, she was put to auction, as the barn was simply a breeding barn and were’t in the trade of actually training or racing/competing the horses that they bred. At the auction, Mark saw her as a good racing prospect and purchased her. He kept her at his own racing barn and she was trained in his racing program by one of his many trainers.
Wild or Tame: Tame
Owner(if tame): Mark Montoya officially owns her, but she’s largely taken care of, worked, and jockeyed by Victoria Brooklynn.
Other: I created her specifically to be a “rival”/competition to Prince to give his races more flavor, risk, and spice. However, I’ll leave it up to you @BrightDays to whether or not you’re okay with that. She won’t beat him in any of his races unless you want her to. Unless we decide to Chatzy the outcome of the races instead.

She would probably enjoy having a job after she retires from racing. Even if it’s something as simple as being a lesson horse or a broodmare. Sitting around in a pasture, unless she’s taking care of foals, is not the ideal life for her.

Lethal Apathy (Apathy) by Agentized:
Name:
Lethal Apathy [Lethal/Apathy]
Breed:
Thoroughbred
Appearances:

Gender:
Filly
Personality:
A far cry from both her half-brother and her father. She's almost their polar opposite; unlike them, who are very active, reactionary, violent horses, she is calm and quiet. Though she is very young, hardly anything bothers her. She is very laid back and relaxed. That isn't to say that she's completely bomb proof, but unlike her half-brother and father who rely very much on their fight or flight instincts, she'd rather problem solve to deduce what the situation is and how she should react to something. She may shy away, but as long as she is given some time to investigate and think it over, she'll pretty much sack herself out without the need for human intervention. She's a sweet little thing, and very submissive. While her father and half-brother are very stubborn and proud, it does not take much to get her to recognize someone as her leader, and she often finds content in not being the higher horse. Conversely, it could be said that she trusts too easily, an almost dangerous trait for a horse to have.
Age:
1 year old (3 or 4 years old now)
Height(Must be in (hands high)):
16.3 hands high
History:
Born to another one of Mark's mares, who is being kept with Emile, since the stallion appears to enjoy having his own little harem of mares and foals. It also keeps the stallion from being an aggressive breeder, since he isn't depraved of interaction with other horses, especially interaction with mares and foals.
Wild or Tame:
Tame.
Owner(if tame):
Mark? Or one of yours? New charries?
Other:
She's not very fast, so she likely won't be a very good racer, however she has fantastic stamina and she's good at jumping. Her nature to think and figure out on her own would make her a fantastic cross country horse.
Mate/Crush:
N/A.

Mark Montoya (Mark) by Agentized:
[center]Name:
Mark James Montoya
Personality:
Can be goofy, but kind, loves horses, and cares for others. He's an all-round good guy, and he cares about his kids. The recent death of his wife has left him in a shallow, hollow place, but spending time with Sam, Kam, his kids, and the horses is helping him get back into good spirits.
Appearances:
He's tall with tan-ish skin, short black hair, and hazel eyes. He's usually seen wearing a t-shirt and jeans anywhere but the track-- when he's at the track, he's usually wearing a nice black suit and tie.
Gender:
Male
Age(Must be 15 and older):
Thirty-five years old
Height(Must be in feet and inches Ex. 6'2")):
6'3"
History:
Went to school with Sam, got into horses and horse racing, met his wife, married her, had two children, twins, and the rest is history.
Other:
Idk what to put here.
Job on Ranch/Stable:
He owns Chilled, and many of the broodmares and their foals. So he's an owner, and a trainer. But he also helps out where he's needed, even if that means grooming horses and mucking out stalls. He's a very humble business owner.
Horse/s(only if they own a horse/s):
Chilled Chaos, Racing Wonder, Prince Wonderstorm (co-owned with Sam, will become Darby's), many broodmares and other foals, ect.

The Tormented Soldier (Lance) by Agentized:
Name: The Tormented Soldier [Lance]
Breed: American Paint Horse (25% paternal) x Mustang (25% paternal) x American Quarter Horse (50% maternal)
Appearances: https://imgur.com/a/BBm7E (it’s an album of three pictures showing left, right, and frontal view)
Gender: Stallion
Personality: Lance is a very kind, gentle soul. He doesn’t like hurting anyone or anything unless it’s in the name of protection or self defense. He is fairly shy and quiet, and though he enjoys the company of those he actually cares for and those who care about him, he prefers to be alone with his thoughts most of the time. He also lacks the authority to be a leader, as he cannot bring himself to assert his dominance over others and lacks confidence in his ability to keep them safe. This is both good and bad, as he is not very controlling over others, but at the same time leaves him very compliant to others’ commands, whether he likes them or not. He is fairly scared of people because of the way he has been treated in the past, and in general is now just a nervous, anxious wreck. He reacts very negatively to fast movements and is very sensitive to any sort of pressure. He requires someone with a very delicate, experienced, and understanding hand, at least at first. If properly worked with he could become a great horse for beginners and children again.
Age: 4 years old
Height: 16.2 hh

History: He was born from a prized American Quarter Horse mare from a wild stallion (Mustang x APH). The humans that owned her found out she was in foal to a wild stallion. They dreaded the foal, as it was not of pure AQH blood, which was their business and livelihood. As soon as they were able to, he was sold off. The people who bought him raised and trained him well, teaching him to be calm, gentle, and compliant. Unfortunately they needed to sell him after a tragic death and loss of money in the family. Again he was sold, now at around three years old, to a man. A man who knew nothing of horses and whatever little training he had consisted of nearly all the bad and abusive habits, which were only amplified on Lance because of the fact that he was a young stallion. The man owned whips, spurs, and nothing but painful leverage bits. Despite the fact that Lance worked fine off of the softer, kinder methods of guidance with no fuss, the man still yanked him around, pulled on the terrible bit all the time, jabbed him in the ribs with his spurs, and excessively smacked him with the whip, both on and off the ground. He made Lance terrified of him, which only achieved in making the stallion act out because of all the pain and terror he was constantly in. His mouth was always sore, cut and bruised from the bit and all the yanking. His neck, shoulder, and flank ached from all the whipping. His ribs burned from all the spurring, which sometimes even made him bleed. The young stallion was starting to reach the edge of his threshold of patience. One day, while the man was riding the young horse, he yanked on the bit hard. After a quick and brief fight for control, Lance had had enough and reared up. The man threw him off-balance, and he accidentally ended up flipping over on him. As soon as he was back on his hooves and realized that the man was no longer on his back, he took off. Whether the man is okay or not, he doesn’t know, nor does he care to find out.
Wild or Tame: Sort of both. He was tame before but has just escaped from his previous owner, and is now wandering the wild with a full set of western tack still on him. He’s generally terrified, nervous, and in pain, so the likelihood that he’ll trust anyone right now is slim.
Owner: N/A right now
Other:
Once he’s been properly re-trained and worked with, he would be good for western pleasure, trail riding, for giving lessons, and maybe some other disciplines.

Victoria Brooklyn (Tori) by Agentized:
Name: Victoria Brooklynn [Tori]
Personality: She’s kind, smart, friendly, welcoming, has a good head on her shoulders, loves the outdoors, and loves animals (especially horses). She can get a bit competitive and determined to win at times, but only just for fun. She would never go to extreme lengths or break rules just to win.
Appearances: Dark-skinned (African-American), shoulder length black hair often done-up in a pony-tail. Often just wears a white polo, some riding pants or some jeans, and some riding boots around the barn.
Gender: Female
Age(Must be 15 and older): 20 years old
Height: 5’0”
History: She always loved horses from a young age and desperately wanted to ride for the longest time. However, her family couldn’t afford lessons, so when she was old enough she sought out the barn closest to her home-- which happened to be Mark’s. Of course, she was no jockey and had no riding experience whatsoever. Several of the trainers and managers tried to turn her away because they had no need for a beginner rider, but when Mark showed up he was willing to help her out. He gave her some starter lessons and taught her the basics of riding. He then offered her a preposition-- he would pay to send her to her jockey school of choice and get her jockey license, continuing with her lessons and letting her ride and work some of his horses in her off-time, and in turn when she completed her schooling she would come work for him as an official jockey until she paid off her debt. She agreed.
Other: This is her first year on the racing scene, so she’s a newbie. Normally Mark wouldn’t put a beginner jockey on a beginner horse as usually it doesn’t end well, but he thinks Tori and Luna will make a good team.
Job on Ranch/Stable: Jockey
Horse/s: N/A though she does, for the most part, take care of Luna.
BF/GF/Crush: N/A

Whitney Harper (Whitney) by Agentized:
Name: Whitney Harper
Personality: Whitney is kind, smart, and intelligent. She’s always been around horses, and has always loved them. She loves the problem-solving aspect that comes with being a horse trainer, and she enjoys getting to help out horses that might otherwise be discarded or even euthanized for their troubling and sometimes dangerous behavior. She’s never really owned a horse of her own, every horse she has ever worked with and taken care of was her parents’ project horses. She would love to get a project horse of her own to work with and perhaps even keep and compete with.
Appearances: https://i.imgur.com/omFM7ms.png (we'll just pretend it says BRF Staff on the front and BRF on the sleeve...)
Gender: Female
Age: 24 years old
Height: 5’5”
History: Her parents own a horse business buying, training, and reselling horses, so she’s been around horses since she was very young. Under the guidance of her parents, she worked with the horses near daily, learning how to deal with all sorts of problems and work through a diverse set of issues. Of course, she’d be lying and a fool if she said she knew everything there was to know about every problem a horse could have and if she said she knew how to fix every single problem. However, she is smart and quick on her feet-- if she hasn’t seen a problem before she’ll try to work through it and figure out a fix to it.
Other: Training will always be her main job/top priority of course, with riding instructor being a close second. If she competes with her project horse, it will likely be few and far between, and strictly just for fun/to see how far they’ve come.
Job on Ranch/Stable: Trainer/Riding Instructor
Horse/s: None atm. She’s looking for one though.

Cathedral Calamity (Lazarus/Laz) by Bec:
Show Name: Cathedral Calamity [previously Cayenne Chile Mocha]

Name: Lazarus [previously Spicy]

Breed: Clydesdale x Shire

Appearances:

Gender: Stallion

Personality: Hard-working and excited to learn when training or competing. In the paddock, he's about as laid-back as can be; he finds the relaxation enjoyable. He loves people -- especially children -- the most out of anything, and he will listen to their command above all else. As far as horses go, he will fight for the dominant position in the herd; however he won't bite or kick unless his power is particularly tested by a horse of equal size or larger, mostly using his shoulder and rear to push you around.

He's a bit awkward when it comes to relationships with other horses. He's only ever worked in teams for short periods of time, and spent most of his life training or competing away from his homestead; being around one horse for an extended period of time will come as a new experience to him, as he's never really had someone by his side 24/7. His only real longstanding friendships were with a few of his competitors that frequented competitions with him; particularly a miniature from his chariot racing days.

If you ask him a question, be prepared for a long-winded answer accompanied by a story you didn't ask for. Though storytelling is something he does quite well, so you may not have too many qualms listening to it; after all, he has been a lot of places and done a lot of things.

Age: 7 yrs

Height(Must be in (hands high)): 17.2 hh

History: Bred for personality, it's no wonder Lazarus has such a calm demeanor.

'Rus has gotten around quite a bit in the world of the less common equestrian sports. His beginnings were as humble as any, a simple farm work horse, bomb-proofed to be a child's pleasure. It wasn't a glamorous life, but it was one he was happy to live, and he worked hard to please. Catching wind of his work ethic, his caretakers decided to put the draft to a more frugal use; thus, he began a life of rigorous training and competing.

Life working on the farm had been all good and well, but he couldn't help but find himself wholly absorbed in his daily training. Every gear in his brain was turning -- facing constant new challenges to find solutions to; he loved it.

They began with pulling, after that they moved on to driving, and soon he found himself part of a novelty all-draft chariot racing team. He was invited to local and even regional parades, pulling a cart for his family and fans, garnering reputation as the kind-eyed draft that could; he may not have always won first, but he managed to make the top three of just about every competition he was in. Which, by the way, was quite a bit. He would be entered in competitions before his training for that sport had even begun, so it was no surprise when people were in shock to see him show up somewhere new a week after an entirely different event!

Breeding requests began coming in, and he was happy to oblige; spreading his genes to a variety of different horses in different sporting events and jobs. Wanting to reach out for a greater following, he started out his career in trick riding and showmanship.

At one of the trick riding competitions, a man approached his team and proposed that a horse that calm and powerful would be put to good use in a renaissance fair, as a jousting mount. His owners were hesitant, they were unaware that the sport had been made modern, and they were unsure if they would be comfortable with their steed being placed on a track with an eleven-foot pole charging towards his head.

Agreeing to check it out, they soon saw the potential the man had meant. These horses had to be entirely trusting in their riders, capable of handling the weight of the armor on both their rider and themselves, and with a steady enough foot not to cause a spill. These were all things they'd observed in their own stallion. They hired a rider, and from there, his fame went global.

Traveling overseas to find new competitions to enter, making appearances in jousting documentaries, and even being cast for roles in movies and shows; he had truly made his mark, and his owners had made bank. But his owners couldn't handle the fame. It was a constant influx of emails and phone calls, requesting more and more appearances and inviting him to more and more competitions. They decided it was time to end it; but they knew he loved his new life, and he did. The payoff for all his hard work; the attention, the admiration, the respect. You could tell he loved his job, it was part of what made him so good at it. So he gave them one final paycheck, one final improvement to their ranch, one final safety net for the bank. And he left them.

Loading up into the trailer was the hardest thing he'd ever had to do. He'd been theirs for his entire life, that ranch was his home, born and raised. Those people were his family. They made him who he was today. Sure, he'd been handled by other people before. He'd been away from home for long periods of time, he'd had professional trainers hired to teach him, but it was all because of them.

As he looked out the bars, he gazed longingly at his family for the final time, feeling scared for the first time since foalhood. Surrealism took over once the engine revved and the wheels began moving. He struggled for a moment to find his balance, feeling like his legs had reverted to the wobbly toothpicks on hinges of a newborn. The road took them -- and soon it took his home, too -- until he could see nothing behind him but asphalt.

Owner(if tame): Henry Reid

Miscellaneous Facts: He has never met one of his foals. He loves children. He likes to talk. He's quite the Casanova if you give him the opportunity to be, and would likely enjoy a harem. He thinks donkeys and mules are especially cute. His demeanor changes from when he plays to when he works, focus and composure almost draining him of his usual personality, making him look like an entirely different horse. During work he also puffs himself up to look bigger and more intimidating/regal, depending on how you view it. He's incredibly susceptible to tickling, around his flank in particular. He currently has two sore spots; his previous family, and his lack of friends. Poke fun at either and you're in for a fight. His previous names are endearing to him if you know them; in fact, he prefers 'Spicy' when he's not working, and 'Lazarus' when he is. Odd boy.

Mate/Crush: None at the moment, but he's a flirt regardless of sex.

Theme Song: The Brothers Bright - Grit, Sweat & Love

Ferris by Bec:
Name: Ferris

Breed: Lipizzaner

Appearances: White, with a long wavy mane/tail. Dark grey muzzle/around eyes. Pink snip. Severely underweight, hooves are slightly overgrown and in horrible condition. A bad case of ringworm all along his back, neck, and face; still fresh and pink. Images to convey his coat color, weight and disease below.

Gender: Stallion

Personality: Flighty and undesirable. Easily spooked. He greatly dislikes being confined, and if you let him loose in a pasture it's likely that it will taken upwards of half an hour just to get him back. Humans do frighten him, just due to being whipped and smacked into place. He's territorial and dislikes his personal space bubble being ruptured. His voice is soft, as are his eyes, but you can tell it'll take a lot of work to get him back to being a calm and kind horse.

Deep down, he wants to trust. He wants to be loved, but he's afraid of being left in the cold again.

He listens to direction only out of fear, and if he doesn't fear you he simply won't listen. Granted, he will likely fear you regardless.

His memory is grand, and he will hold grudges.

Age:5

Height(Must be in (hands high)): 15.0 hh

History: He was born into the circus to people whom didn't know how to properly care for a horse.

They taught him to listen with force, shoving him around where he needed to be. He'd watch the other horses preform and did his best to replicate that, never really learning, only demonstrating how well he could memorize a pattern.

His whole life, he's never experienced a pasture or grass. He's only ever been in tiny, confined spaces with far too many other animals packed into it. He'd stand there, tethered to a wall, side by side with horses of varying sizes. The whole room smelled of manure. All the animals he was surrounded by were filthy, no one took the time to groom them outside of shows. Day in and day out, he'd stand. There would be fights, stallions attempting to mount mares, horses getting their legs caught in fences or tangled up in their ropes and falling onto their sides.

He left the barn once every couple days, letting loose with a few other horses in a round pen for a few hours. The camel and ox only left the barn once every couple weeks it seemed.

When show time came around, he'd be put into a fenced in area half the size of a stall and left there for people to watch him before the show. He shook from side to side, trying to get out all of his spare energy, and trying to ignore the crowd poking their hands in and touching him. It was simultaneously overstimulating, and infuriatingly boring. At least he'd been groomed to look his best.

Despite all this, he figured that perhaps he got lucky. He was born, and his parents were there. He was living this hell with family; even if they didn't really acknowledge it. It felt good. Not many of the animals there could say they were with loved ones.

It was the same dull day as before, when he realized that the knot on his lead was loose. Pulling his head back a bit, he managed to undo it entirely. A rush of energy ran through his entire body -- he could do anything! Loud and proud, he pranced throughout the barn, trotting from one end to the other endlessly. He shook his mane and held his head up high; he was truly free. But... no one seemed to care. They went about their usual business, standing at the walls. He was unsure what to do now, they were all so bored. Was it because it was him? Did they want to be free, too?

He walked over to a mare and began trying to untie her lead with his teeth; to no avail. She ignored him. With a snort and a rear, he began racing as fast as he could from side to side, bumping into people, stepping on feet and knocking over smaller or weaker horses. He reached his head into the air and let out a wail, whinnying incessantly as he ran. Now, the crowd was paying attention. All the horses in the barn began rearing and kicking, letting out their own neighs as he ran. The mare from before bumped her rear into him and he mounted her, just as the doors to the barn opened and angry men rushed in.

He was deemed a hazard, and shipped off to the auction house. It was the first time he'd ever been in a trailer alone. His anxiety spiked and he slammed into each side of the metal box, cutting himself in a few places.

As they arrived at the house, they went to open the doors and he bolted past them, running for the most open space he could find. He nearly caused a crash as he crossed the highway, and escaped off into the woods. A call was made about a feral horse being loose, however they've yet to find him; he's out in the wild, confused and afraid, now suffering from an infection and even worse malnourishment than before due to the radical change in his exercise and diet.

Wild or Tame: Feral

Owner(if tame): N/A

Other: He will nip at his handler when instructed to do something he dislikes. He tends to be rather unpredictable at times; especially around mares. It seems he's gone a bit mad at times, he'll wig out in his stall and start 'dancing', tapping his feet and shaking his head from side to side, pacing, chewing on the door and whatnot. Whips scare him. He isn't used to having his own space to move around. Would likely be a good pasture pet, at most a pleasure rider. He will try to bolt from his stall/pen.

Mate/Crush: N/A

Henry Reid (Henry) by Bec:
Name: Henry Reid

Personality: Bubbly and upbeat, a near constant beaming smile forming at his lips. If not happy, then inquisitive and curious. These would be his base emotions, and it's rare to see him as anything but.

He likes to poke fun and joke around a lot, that's not to say he's not a focused worker of course; just a good conversationalist and a good friend to pull a prank on to put him in his place.

He knows more about horses than you'd expect, he just looks like somebody whom wouldn't know their way around a saddle; more of the look of a city-slicker. Which, really, he is. Despite being born and raised in a city, he spent many summers helping his uncles on their ranch. That, and he did a lot of research before arriving at the farm.

Impulsive and driven by a strong set of morals. He's more... chaotic good, than anything else. If he thinks it's wrong, he'll deal with it in his own personal way. Whether this way is good or not... that's another story. Strangely enough, he'd classify himself as having more of a grey-morality than anything; showcased by his disregard for law so long as it benefits the needy, ie. stealing food from corporations to feed homeless people. A modern day Robin Hood, if you will. A really crappy Robin Hood though.

Appearances: Short, messy light auburn (almost strawberry-blonde) hair with dark roots growing in at the top. Bright hazel eyes. Usually wears bright blues and yellows; a tank top with baggy jeans/sweatpants and a grey or green jacket tied around his waist, with brown combat boots. The more I describe him I keep imagining a hybrid between Tokyo Ghoul's Hide and Ouran's twins. So just have a couple pictures of them and pretend I'm not anime trash please.

Gender: Male

Age (Must be 15 and older): 23 yrs

Height (Must be in feet and inches Ex. 6'2"): 5'11"

History: Growing up in the bad parts of town can be either very helpful, or very detrimental to a person's development. It all depends on their perspective. Is the violence fun, or is it unruly and unjust to people just trying to live a peaceful life? At least that's the usual question of the morals. You'd really think that with a police officer as your mother, you'd be taking the moral high road, but no. In life, Henry decided to take the moral middle ground.

In an apartment building in a big city rife with crime, from a young age theft and violence were just your normal everyday concepts to Henry. Because he grew up with this, he simply learned to deal with it; not like he knew anything else.

His mother, being who she was and in what line of work, began self defense practice during him and his brothers' downtime after school. Just in case.

Regardless of his mother's teachings, he was still certainly one to commit petty theft for snacks from grocery stores. She never knew.

In high school he thought himself as a bit of a gangster, rebelling against his mother silently by assuming that he'd be safe from investigation due to being the child of an officer. He attempted to group together some of his friends to create a gang of their own, hoping to rise in the ranks of the gang war to rival the Big Bads of the gang world. This fell apart when one of his friends had a breakdown about meeting with an illegal arms dealer, which made him rethink that idea.

During college, he came to realize that his junior year roommate was one whom did not give up his dead dream of being in a gang. This wasn't particularly bad, he figured. Just someone stuck in a phase he'd already gone through. Things continued on just fine after that, for several months they actually got on just well and became pretty good friends.

One day, he was invited to attend a special event by this friend. He figured, sure, why not, how bad could it be? He could handle himself in a fight, and it might even be a fun throwback to the past. He followed him into the shittiest part of town, into the outskirts, and to an empty factory building that was no longer in use. As they got closer, he could hear crowds cheering, and what sounded like heavy coughing.

As they entered, his stomach felt ill. It wasn't a gang fight.

It was a dog fighting ring.

Of all the things Henry was okay with, this wasn't one. As his friend turned to him with a smile, asking him who he thought was going to win, he received a well wound punch square to the nose. The arena echoed with the sounds of anger and pain, as everyone took his hit in stride. It was time for violence. Bloody and bruised, Henry made it outside, hastily placing a call to his mom before getting swarmed by more people looking for a fight.

A few minutes later, sirens were blaring and people being taken away. With no evidence to prove he wasn't a member of a gang, nor to dispute that he was participating in the fights, Henry also went to jail for a time. Due to good behavior, he managed to get out after a year and a half, and began on a job search that would get him as far out of the city as possible.

Other: He's bisexual. Loves animals. If asked about why he went to jail, he will come up with a radically wild tale that is completely false, but due to his eccentric nature it may leave you wondering. At first he'll start out generally just excited, but as you get to know him he just gets weird. Despite his desire to escape it, he is excited to take new friends to the city and show them around. His uncles bought him a horse.
